Please note:

. These rates are quoted in EURO, per room, per night and are subject to 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% provincial government tax.  

. These rates are inclusive of dai buffet breakfast for 2 , deluxe fruit basket, welcome drinks and cold towe lupon  arrival. 

. Children 0-2 yrs olde are free of charge and we supply a complimentary cot

. Children 2-12 yrs old are free of charge, if sharing existing bedding with parents. Please note that this is EXCLUSIVE of breakfast.

. Baan Yin Dee can supply transfers form/to Phuket International Airport for EUR 30 per limousine, per way, with a maximum of thee (3) persons per limousine OR Minivan at the price of EUR 10 net per person, per way, with a minimum of five (5) passengers. Please note that a surcharge of EUR 7 per person will apply for transfers between midnight and 6am.

. From December 20, 2007 until January 10, 2008 (inclusive of both dates), we have a , minimum stay requirement of 7 consecutive nights.

. As with most hotels, we have a compulsory Gala Dinner on 24 Dec 2007 at EUR 95++ per person and also on 31 Dec 2007 at EUR 105++ per person. Children 2-12 years old are entitled to a 50 % discount from this price.

. Maximum occupancy for all rooms is either 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (under 12 years)  with an  additional  charges of an extra bed which includes breakfast for 1. 

CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS AND NO SHOWS

PEAK SEASON (16 DECEMBER - 15 JANUARY)

A 10% refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows:

1. If the booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or 500 Thai Baht (which ever is greater).

2. For cancellations between 21 and 45 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. For cancellations less than 21 days before the arrival date, the guest will pay the full amount of the reservation.

4. For NO SHOWS, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort.

5. For EARLY CHECK-OUT, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort upon departure.

HIGH SEASON (1 NOVEMBER - 15 DECEMBER AND 16 JANUARY - 30 APRIL)

A 10% refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows:

7. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

8. For cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date, the guest will pay the full amount of the reservation.

9. For NO SHOWS, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort.

10. For EARLY CHECK-OUT, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort upon departure.

LOW SEASON (1 MAY - 31 OCTOBER)

A 10% refundable deposit is required. Refunds for cancellations will be made as follows:

11. If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or 500 Thai Baht (whichever is greater).

12. For cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be non-refundable.

13. For cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, the guest will pay the full amount of the reservation.

14. For NO SHOWS, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort.

15. For EARLY CHECK-OUT, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort upon departure.

Cancellation for airport transfer: Full payment will be charged for cancellation within 1 day before arrival as per hotel web site rate.

No Show for airport transfer: Full payment will be charged as per hotel web site rate.

Remark : The client must notify the hotel by fax or by written notice of any cancellation as early as possible, but in any case not later than specified above.
