- Rates are subject to 7% VAT and 10% service charge
- Reservations will be held till 1800 hrs of the day of arrival unless otherwise advised
- Credit card payments are made in Thai Baht under Thai banking requirements. Your credit card will however show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank
- 10% deposit is required to confirm booking and non-refundable.
- Cancellation notice must be given 3 days before arrival otherwise the full amount will be charged to your credit card
- For NO SHOWS, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort
- For EARLY CHECK-OUT, the full amount of the booking value will be charged, payable directly to the resort upon departure.
